Annual General Body Meeting Report - Aug 2013

1. As per schedule the AGM of the Sabha chaired by Sh. K.R.Verma ji was held on 11^th August 2013 (Sunday) at Himachal Sadan, Karampura - New Delhi. It began with welcome note of the chair at 10.30AM and concluded with the presidential address and vote of thanks at 1.30PM.

Substantial business was conducted in the general house. All activities the Sabha performed in last years and future plan were discussed thoroughly and taken note of all the inputs from the audience. The audience witnessed and appreciated the performance of the Sabha and promised all possible contribution in future. The Gen. Secretary Sh. S.R.Verma ji and Treasurer Sh. P.C. Chouhan ji came up with the annual general and financial reports were accepted in the house and received overwhelming response. The Sabha was appreciated for its remarkable performance in social services by the audience. We announce to invite all Mandians to join hands in order to strengthen this Sabha and pool in our bit in the social cause.

At last all the member guests served refreshment.

2. The Annual Function (Himachali Millan - Serr Utsav ) as usual scheduled to be held on 14th September 2013 at Shah Auditorium, Raj Niwas Marg, Delhi-110054.

Very purpose of this function is to showcase the very basic theme and activities of The Sabha in Delhi and back home (HP). People will be made to know and understand more about The Sabha through the Annual report of the Gen. Secretary and the Presidential Address in your kind audience. People need to register their presence before 10.00AM at the reception of the Auditorium.
